Shallot production in 2024 is 1.45 million tons, while productivity is only 9.83 tons/ha. However, the maximum productivity that can be achieved according to the variety description is around 15-17 tons/ha. One effort that can be done to increase production and productivity is through the provision of organic fertilizer combined with inorganic fertilizer in this case buffalo manure and NPK Booster fertilizer. This research was conducted in Tawalian District 1,200 masl, Mamasa Regency, West Sulawesi from April 2025 to July 2025. Using the RAK (Completely Randomized Design) Factorial method which is formed into two factors: The first factor is the dose of fermented buffalo manure fertilizer, namely: K0 control, K1 100gr/plant, K2 200gr/plant) the second factor is the dose of NPK Booster fertilizer, namely: D1 3gr/plant, D2 4gr/plant, D3 6 gr/plant). The conclusion of this study was that the application of 6g of NPK Booster fertilizer per plant (D3) had a positive effect on plant height at 14, 28, and 42 days after planting, as well as on the number of tubers and tuber weight. Furthermore, the application of 200g of buffalo manure per plant (K2) also had a positive effect on the number of tubers and tuber weight. There was a significant interaction between the two treatments for all observed parameters.
