Student worksheets are one of the most needed learning tools for students in learning. However, the availability of innovative LKPD that combines with certain models is still difficult to find in the field. Therefore, this study aims to develop LKPD and determine the results of development and improvement of mathematics learning outcomes using LKPD problem-based learning based on Ethnomathematics. This research is a development research with a 4-D model conducted at Muhammadiyah 3 Unggulan Elementary School Pekanbaru in the 2025/2026 academic year in class VI Zubair Bin Awwam. The research instrument used observation and questionnaires. Data collection techniques used validation sheets, response questionnaire sheets, and learning outcome tests. Data analysis techniques used validity analysis, practicality analysis and improvement of learning outcomes using normality tests, paired samples tests and N-Gain tests. The results of this study showed the results of the LKPD validation data analysis of 92.37% with the category of "Very Valid" while the results of students' practicality towards LKPD were 84.53% with the category of "Very Practical" so that overall it was obtained that the LKPD that had been developed by the research had been tested for its feasibility. In addition, an increase in the percentage of students who achieved the KKM on daily test scores, namely 15 students or 90.21%. Of the 4 students, or 21.05%, who achieved the KKM on the basic score, this number increased. It can be concluded that one way to improve learning outcomes in mathematics is to implement ethnomathematics-based LKPD.
