In the digital era, technology makes human life easier, including for students and university students. Many students use smartphones for social media like Instagram, WhatsApp, as well as for gaming, which often distracts them from their studies. This research is a development study (R&D) aimed at creating new products or improving existing ones. The development process includes analysis, design, creation, and evaluation to ensure that the product is effective and consistent. The development model used is ADDIE, which consists of five stages: analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The learning media developed using the Canva application aims to enhance students' creative thinking skills. This media has been validated with excellent results: the subject matter expert gave a score of 90.91%, the instructional design expert 100%, and the language teacher 83.33%. With these results, the Canva learning media is considered valid and suitable for use. The effectiveness of this media was measured through pretests and posttests on 15 students. The average pretest score was 66.67, and the posttest score was 79.33, with an n-gain of 0.38, indicating a moderate category. The learning indicator achievement was 12.63%. One student showed maximum improvement with an n-gain of 1.00, showing that many students agree with the use of Canva-based media for teaching the solar system material.
