The subjects in this research were 26 class III students. Class III students were chosen as research subjects because of the problems found in the class, so the research focused more on that class. Based on the results of research conducted at SD Inpres 3 Wosia, it can be concluded that the results of observations of teacher (researcher) activities during the learning process showed an increase from the first cycle with a score of 24 or 54.54% and the second cycle with a score of 31 or 70.45%. Apart from that, the results of observations of student activities can also improve from the first cycle with a score of 245 or 58.89% and the second cycle with a score of 269 or 64.66%. The results of observations of teacher activities and student activities greatly influenced the increase in student learning outcomes, so that 14 students or 53.84% of students completed learning in the first cycle, increasing to 19 students or 73.07% in the second cycle using the index card match learning model on theme 1, subtheme 1, characteristics of creatures. Therefore, the final result in cycle II can be said to be complete (successful).
