This research aims to describe the implementation of discipline enforcement policies, the obstacles faced, and the efforts made by the school in building the character of second-grade students at SDIT Al-Hidayah in Tambang District, Kampar Regency. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through participatory observation, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, parents, and students, as well as documentation studies of regulations and records of violations.The findings indicate that the implementation of discipline policies is carried out through a communicative interpretation of rules, organization involving teachers, staff, and parents, as well as resource allocation in the form of teacher role modeling, monitoring books, and intensive coordination with parents. The main obstacles in the implementation of these policies include limited resources, lack of consistency, and low collaboration between the school and parents.The efforts made by the school include optimizing the role of teachers, strengthening cooperation with parents, as well as providing verbal reprimands, recording violations, assigning corrective tasks as a deterrent, and contacting parents if students repeatedly commit violations, along with educational reprimands. The enforcement of discipline policies at SDIT Al-Hidayah has proven to contribute to the formation of discipline, responsibility, and noble character among students.
