This study aims to determine the improvement of students’ learning outcomes in the subject of Natural and Social Sciences through the implementation of the Cooperative Learning Model of the Team Quiz type in Grade IV of SDN 007 Suka Maju, Tapung Hilir Subdistrict, Kampar Regency. This research was motivated by the low ability of students to ask questions. The study is a classroom action research. The subjects of this research were one teacher and 20 students, while the objects were the cooperative learning model of the Team Quiz type and the students’ learning outcomes. The research was carried out in two cycles, each consisting of two meetings. Data collection techniques included observation, tests, and documentation. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis with percentage techniques. Based on the results of the research and data analysis, it was found that the implementation of the cooperative learning model of the Team Quiz type could improve students’ learning outcomes. This can be seen from the percentage of learning outcomes before the action, which was 45%, falling within the range of 41–55% and categorized as poor. After the first cycle of classroom action, students’ learning outcomes reached 70.55%, within the range of 56–70% and categorized as fairly good. Furthermore, after improvements were made in the second cycle, students’ skills in expressing opinions as a whole increased with an average of 87.22%, within the range of 86–100% and categorized as very good.
