The development of digital technology in the era of globalization has had a significant impact on various aspects of life, especially in the education, religion and character and moral development sectors of students. This study aims to highlight the positive and negative effects of advances in digital technology on these three aspects, as well as determining steps that can be taken to reduce the negative impacts. The method applied is descriptive by analyzing the phenomenon of technology use among students. The results of the discussion show that digital technology offers important advantages, such as easier access to information, increased creativity, and expanded reach in learning and spreading religious messages. However, on the other hand, there are a number of challenges such as reduced interest in reading, inappropriate use of social media, decreased morale, and reduced real social interaction. Therefore, collaboration is needed between parents, educators, schools and the government in implementing digital literacy, monitoring the application of technology, and integrating moral and spiritual values in education. With careful methods, digital technology can be an effective tool for building a generation that is intelligent, faithful and has good morals.
