Rapidly developing technology has a major impact on various fields, including education. In a school environment, such as at SMKN 4 Dumai, storing and sharing teaching material files has become an important need to support teaching and learning activities. This study aims to design a personal cloud storage system using Nextcloud as a solution for storing and sharing teaching material files. The research methodology used includes the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) stages consisting of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The designed system uses an Ubuntu server with the installation of Nextcloud software to provide secure and centralized file storage and sharing features. The results of the study show that the use of Nextcloud as a personal cloud storage at SMKN 4 Dumai is effective in managing and securing data. This system facilitates access and sharing of teaching material files between teachers and students, as well as improving school operational efficiency. The implementation of Nextcloud is also able to provide an organized storage solution that can be accessed anytime and from anywhere as long as it is connected to the internet.
