Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the Indonesian economy, both as labor absorbers and as drivers of the regional economy. A clear legal system is crucial in supporting the sustainability and stability of MSMEs. Legal certainty is a crucial element in creating a safe, fair, and conducive business environment for business actors. This paper aims to analyze the role of legal certainty in maintaining MSME stability and identify challenges faced in its implementation. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of various regulations and literature related to MSMEs. The results of the study indicate that legal certainty provides protection for business actors, increases investor confidence, and encourages sustainable economic growth. Therefore, the government needs to continue to strengthen regulations and law enforcement so that MSMEs can develop optimally.
