Developments in the workplace in the digital age are driving organizations to develop strategies for attracting top talent, one of which is through employer branding. This is particularly important for Generation Z, who tend to consider work experience, opportunities for self-development, and the work environment when choosing an organization. The high level of interest among applicants for the internship program at Biro Psikologi X indicates a positive perception of the organization, however, the relationship between employer branding and organizational attractiveness in this context has not been extensively studied. This study aims to examine the relationship between employer branding and organizational attractiveness among Generation Z at Biro Psikologi X. The study employs a quantitative approach with a correlational design. The sample consisted of 108 respondents selected via purposive sampling. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Pearson’s Product-Moment correlation test. The results indicate that employer branding and organizational attractiveness fall into the moderate-to-high category and exhibit a significant relationship, with a correlation coefficient of r = 0.672 and a significance level of p < 0.001. These findings suggest that the more positive the perception of employer branding, the higher the level of organizational attractiveness among Generation Z.
