M.Ikhsan, Hamdi, Muhammad, Faelasuf
Abstrak

This study aims to identify the challenges teachers face in classroom management during digital learning, as well as the solutions implemented to overcome these obstacles so that the learning process can proceed effectively, in a conducive environment, and achieve the established objectives. In the digital age, educators are required not only to possess pedagogical skills but also to demonstrate optimal technological adaptability. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research. Data were collected through literature review from books, scientific journals, and related articles, which were then analyzed using content analysis and validated through triangulation of sources.  The research findings indicate that the primary challenges teachers face in digital classrooms include low student engagement and discipline, limited digital competencies among teachers, technological infrastructure constraints, difficulties in fostering emotional connection, the complexity of academic assessment, and adapting to the characteristics of Generation Alpha students. As a solution, teachers implement adaptive strategies that include thorough lesson planning, the enforcement of strict digital classroom rules, the use of interactive media (such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Quizizz), strengthening intensive communication with students and parents, providing flexibility in assignments, and continuously improving teachers’ digital competencies.
