Developments in the global financial architecture require Bank Indonesia to maintain national economic stability while responding to international economic dynamics. This study aims to analyze Bank Indonesia’s role in maintaining domestic stability, its position within the global financial architecture, and the strategies it employs to address international challenges. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature review approach based on various journals, books, and official reports. The results show that Bank Indonesia plays a crucial role in maintaining price stability, the rupiah exchange rate, the financial system, and the payment system through a mix of monetary policies and strengthened cooperation with the government and international institutions. Thus, Bank Indonesia needs to continue implementing adaptive policies, strengthening international cooperation, and maintaining its independence to ensure that national economic stability is preserved amid global financial dynamics.
