Abstrak

The development of information technology in the digital age has driven the increasingly widespread use of Management Information Systems (MIS) in various activities, making the quality of the user experience a critical consideration. User experience (UX) reflects how users interact with the system, encompassing ease of use, efficiency, convenience, and clarity of information. This study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by examining relevant scientific articles from databases such as Google Scholar and ScienceDirect over the past five years. The results of the study indicate that user experience has a strong influence on user satisfaction, as a positive experience enhances understanding, reduces errors, and builds trust in the system. The extent of this influence is also shaped by other factors such as system quality, information quality, service quality, and user characteristics. These findings underscore that UX is a strategic factor in information system development—one that focuses not only on functionality but also on user comfort and needs in the digital age.
