This study aims to analyze the development of "literacy tree" media utilizing a deep learning approach integrated with the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model to enhance students' verbal and linguistic abilities in natural science education. The study employs a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, analyzing 30 scientific articles published between 2021 - 2026. The findings indicate that combining a deep learning approach with literacy tree media and the PBL model can improve students' critical thinking skills, learning enthusiasm, and reading, writing, and speaking abilities. Despite certain implementation challenges, this approach can enhance the quality of natural science instruction and students' verbal-linguistic proficiency.
