This study aimed to improve fourth-grade students' learning outcomes in Science and Social Studies (IPAS) through the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) model. Classroom Action Research based on the Kemmis and McTaggart model was conducted in two cycles involving 12 students at SD Negeri Cimahi 01, Sukabumi Regency. Data were collected through observation, tests, and documentation and analyzed descriptively. The findings indicated that CTL enhanced students' participation and achievement. The average score increased from 64.83 to 80.92, while learning mastery improved from 66.67% to 91.67%. Thus, CTL effectively supports meaningful learning and improves students' IPAS learning outcomes.
