This study aims to examine the dynamics of optimizing the quality of educational management in the era of quality educational service needs at SMP Negeri 1 Bengkalis. The study focuses on the principal's leadership, the planning and development of school work programs, and curriculum and learning management in improving educational quality. This research used a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, then analyzed through data collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the principal plays an important role in improving educational quality through teacher development, academic supervision, and collaboration with all school members. School work programs are prepared based on the school's needs and evaluation results so they can be implemented effectively. Curriculum and learning management are carried out through good planning, active learning, continuous evaluation, and improving teachers' competencies. These three aspects work together to improve the quality of educational management and educational services at SMP Negeri 1 Bengkalis.
