DTKS, Bojonegoro. Bojonegoro Regency is one of the areas in East Java that has experienced a significant increase due to income from natural gas. Of course, there are quite a lot of oil companies in Bojonegoro Regency and have a total APBD which is mostly sourced from oil and natural gas. However, the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency is still relatively low due to the low quality of education in Bojonegoro Regency. Therefore, to overcome this problem, the government is providing a Scholarship Program for Ten Undergraduates Per Village which is expected to increase people's interest in continuing their education to a higher level. This research aims to find out a general picture of how the process of implementing the ten undergraduate scholarship program per village in Bojonegoro Regency takes place. The results of this research indicate that the implementation of the ten undergraduate scholarship program has been carried out in accordance with standard operating procedures with the provisions of Regent's Regulation Number 17 of 2023 concerning the Ten Undergraduate Scholarship Program per Village. Even though there are several problems in its implementation, this program has had a good and positive impact on increasing human resources and achieving the human development index in Bojonegoro Regency.
