The type of research used is field research conducted directly in the field with respondents. The approach used is qualitative descriptive. The data source consists of the homeroom teacher, students, and documentation. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed is the model proposed by Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The results show that PBL implementation in STEM education creates more meaningful, contextual, and student-centered learning experiences, improving 21st-century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication. Several challenges were identified including time constraints, limited facilities, differences in student ability, and classroom management issues, along with strategic solutions to address them.
